UC Berkeley offers a Summer workshop designed to count as two semesters of Classical Greek study. I don’t know anyone who has attended this workshop, but there’s a nice description at http://classics.berkeley.edu/courses/greekLatinWorkshops.php.
Are any of the rest of you familiar with a Summer program in the U.S.?
